Cookie Policy
Last updated: July 6, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Eidara Strategy Lab uses cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies on eidaralab.com. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
Analytics or marketing tools should stay off until accepted.
You can reset your cookie choice from this page.
1. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small files or identifiers stored by your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage and session storage, can store preferences or temporary information on your device. Some technologies are necessary for a secure subscription platform; others are optional and require consent.
2. Current Cookie Categories
| Category | Status | Examples | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Always active | Member session cookie, checkout/session flow data, security controls, consent preference storage. | Login, account security, protected content, checkout, fraud prevention, and legal preference tracking. |
| Functional storage | Necessary or user-requested | Selected plan, member tool preferences, KAIROS local tool memory or alert settings when used. | Remember choices you make and support requested tool functions. |
| Analytics | Optional | Future privacy-conscious analytics, if enabled. | Understand aggregate usage and improve the platform. |
| Marketing or retargeting | Optional | Future advertising pixels or campaign measurement, if enabled. | Measure or improve marketing. These should not load unless accepted. |
| External services | Controlled by third parties | Stripe checkout, Stripe customer portal, Telegram, TradingView, market data or AI providers when opened or used. | Provide payment, community, chart, data, or AI-related services outside or alongside Eidara. |
3. Technologies We Use Now
- Member session cookies: used to keep members signed in and protect gated pages.
- Cookie consent storage: records whether you accepted all cookies or rejected non-essential cookies.
- Session storage: may remember a selected plan during checkout setup.
- Local storage: may store member tool preferences or KAIROS tool memory on your device.
- Security and server logs: Cloudflare and server-side logs help operate, protect, and troubleshoot the site.
4. Optional Analytics and Marketing Cookies
Eidara's current public cookie design keeps optional analytics and marketing cookies off unless you accept them. If we add analytics, advertising, retargeting, or profiling technologies, the consent banner and this policy should be updated to describe those tools clearly before they are activated.
5. Identification, Location, and Profiling Technologies
Some technologies can identify a visitor, remember behavior, or support profiling. Eidara does not use optional profiling technologies by default. If a tool is introduced that identifies, locates, or profiles a person beyond what is necessary to provide the requested service, Eidara should first inform users and provide the means to activate or reject that technology.
6. Third-Party Cookies and External Services
When you interact with third-party services, those services may set their own cookies or collect information under their own policies. Examples include Stripe checkout and billing portal pages, Telegram invite links, TradingView charts, market data providers, and AI service providers used by member tools. We recommend reviewing the privacy and cookie settings of those providers.
7. Manage Your Cookie Choice
You can reset your Eidara cookie choice below. After resetting, the consent banner will reappear so you can accept all cookies or reject non-essential cookies. You can also clear cookies or local storage through your browser settings.
8. Browser Controls
Most browsers allow you to block cookies, clear cookies, limit cross-site tracking, or delete local storage. Blocking necessary cookies may affect login, checkout, account access, security, or member tools.
9. Updates
We may update this Cookie Policy when our tools, providers, analytics, marketing practices, or legal requirements change.
This Cookie Policy is intended to support Canadian and Quebec privacy compliance. It should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before being relied on as final legal advice.
