This Privacy Policy explains how Eidara Strategy Lab ("Eidara", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects personal information when you visit eidaralab.com, create a member account, subscribe to a plan, use member-only educational tools, contact us, or interact with our services.
Eidara is an educational market intelligence platform. Our services provide macro education, market research, AI-assisted educational tools, chart access, and member resources. We do not provide personalized financial, investment, legal, tax, trading, or portfolio management advice.
Eidara does not store full card numbers.

3. How We Collect Information
We collect information directly from you when you subscribe, create an account, sign in, use member tools, request support, or manage your billing. We also collect information automatically through necessary cookies, server logs, security tools, and subscription webhooks from payment providers.
4. Why We Use Personal Information
We use personal information for serious and legitimate purposes, including to:
- provide and secure the website, member accounts, protected pages, and educational tools;
- process subscriptions, invoices, confirmations, renewals, cancellations, upgrades, and downgrades;
- send account, payment, security, and service-related emails;
- respond to support, legal, privacy, and administrative requests;
- protect against fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, security incidents, and payment failures;
- maintain business, tax, accounting, compliance, and dispute records;
- improve the platform, user experience, educational resources, and member tools;

We ask for consent where required and rely on information that is necessary to provide the services you request. You may withdraw consent for non-essential uses, subject to legal, contractual, security, billing, or operational limits. If you withdraw consent needed to provide your account or membership, some services may no longer be available.

6. Cookies, Tracking, Profiling, and Privacy Settings
We use necessary technologies for login, security, checkout, consent storage, and basic site operation. If we introduce optional analytics, advertising, retargeting, or profiling technologies, they should not load until you consent. We do not use hidden profiling to make financial recommendations.
Some member tools may store preferences locally in your browser, such as tool memory or alert settings. These local settings are intended to improve your experience on your device and can usually be cleared through the tool or your browser settings.

7. Service Providers and Third Parties
We use trusted service providers to operate the platform. These providers may process personal information on our behalf or receive limited information needed to provide their services. They may include:
- Cloudflare for hosting, security, DNS, edge functions, and site performance;
- Stripe for checkout, subscriptions, customer portal, invoices, payment status, and receipts;
- Resend and/or email infrastructure for transactional account and membership emails;
- Proton Mail or business email services for communications;
- Telegram when you choose to join the member Telegram invite;
- TradingView and market data providers when you open external chart or market data links;
- AI or data providers when AI-assisted tools are enabled and you choose to use them;
- professional advisors, regulators, law enforcement, or other parties where required or permitted by law.
We do not sell personal information. We do not disclose member information for third-party advertising without consent.
8. Transfers Outside Quebec and Canada
Some service providers may process or store information outside Quebec or Canada, including in the United States or other jurisdictions. Where required, we assess relevant privacy risks and use contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information. Information processed outside your jurisdiction may be subject to local laws and lawful access requests.
9. Retention and Deletion
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Retention periods may depend on account status, subscription records, tax and accounting obligations, security needs, dispute handling, and legal requirements. When information is no longer needed, we take steps to delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it.
10. Security Safeguards
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. These may include TLS encryption, access controls, hashed passwords, secure session cookies, Cloudflare security controls, restricted administrative access, payment processing through Stripe, monitoring, and incident response processes. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to reduce risk and respond to potential issues promptly.
11. Confidentiality Incidents
If we become aware of a confidentiality or security incident involving personal information, we take reasonable steps to reduce risk and prevent similar incidents. Where legally required, we notify affected individuals and/or regulators and maintain incident records.
12. AI-Assisted Tools
Eidara may offer AI-assisted educational tools to help members study market context, macro conditions, charts, risk frameworks, or research workflows. These tools are educational and may process information you choose to enter. Do not submit sensitive personal information, private keys, seed phrases, account passwords, confidential financial details, or information you do not want processed by relevant service providers.
13. Automated Decisions
Eidara does not use automated processing to make legal, employment, credit, insurance, or similarly significant decisions about members. Some account access decisions may be automated based on your subscription status, payment status, or plan level. If you believe your access status is wrong, contact us and we will review it.
14. Your Rights
Subject to legal limits, you may request access to personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, withdraw consent, ask questions about retention or disclosure, request deletion where applicable, ask us to stop disseminating personal information or de-index certain information where applicable, or challenge our privacy practices. Quebec residents may also have rights related to computerized personal information portability where applicable.

15. Children and Minors
Eidara services are intended for adults interested in market education. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
